Carson Schmitz awarded 2020 UM-SURF
Congrats to Carson! Carson Schmitz was awarded one of the 2020 UM-Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship, which supports her research endeavors over the summer. Her project is entitled Race and anxiety as predictors of e-cigarette use in college and community samples.
Dasha’s Successful Honors Thesis Defense
Congrats to Dasha Grace! She defended her honors thesis in April of 2020. Her thesis was entitled, Examination of sleep disturbance, anxiety sensitivity, and depression in an undergraduate sample.
Lindsay’s Successful Honors Thesis Defense
Lindsay Sappington defended her Honors thesis in the Spring of 2020. Her thesis is entitled: Through the screen: Examining peer relationships, social anxiety, loneliness, and social media in undergraduates. She graduated from UM in May and will be starting Nursing School in the Fall. Congrats, Lindsay!
